Custom Itineraries
Trips designed around how you actually want to travel, not a template with your name on it. I learn what matters to you: pace, preferences, the experiences you crave. Then I build something that feels like yours.
The best hotels. The impossible reservations. The upgrades that just happen. As a certified Fora travel advisor with a background in luxury hospitality, I take care of the details so your trip actually delivers on the promise.
Trips designed around how you actually want to travel, not a template with your name on it. I learn what matters to you: pace, preferences, the experiences you crave. Then I build something that feels like yours.
Preferred partner rates, room upgrades, resort credits, and the perks that actually matter. I work with the world's best properties to get you benefits you can't get booking on your own.
The restaurant that's "fully booked." The private tour that's not on the website. The experience that requires knowing who to ask. Some doors just open when you have the right connections.
Not sure where to go? I research destinations obsessively: the right season, the right neighborhood, the property worth choosing. Tell me what you're in the mood for and I'll find places that deliver.
Planning with friends, family, or colleagues? I coordinate the logistics so everyone gets what they want: separate bookings, group dining, activities that work for different interests. All without the usual headaches.
Honeymoons, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, proposals. Some trips need to be flawless. I handle the pressure so you can focus on the moment.
A straightforward approach to planning your next trip. No surprises, just thoughtful collaboration.
We start with a conversation about where you want to go, how you like to travel, and what makes a trip feel worth it. No commitment, just exploration.
Based on our conversation, I create a detailed itinerary covering properties, dining, and experiences. All tailored to what actually matters to you.
We refine the plan together until it feels exactly right. Adjust the pace, swap properties, add experiences. It's your trip.
I handle all reservations and logistics. Throughout your trip, I'm available for support and can help pivot plans if needed.
My planning fee depends on the scope of work:
The fee is due at booking and is non-refundable.
This covers everything: the research, the recommendations, the bookings, and the back-and-forth until we get it right. It also covers what happens after you book. I'm your point of contact if anything changes, if something goes sideways, or if you just want a second opinion on which restaurant is actually worth the reservation.
The fee is separate from the perks you get by booking through me. Upgrades, resort credits, early check-in, and preferred rates come through my relationships with hotels and suppliers. You'd pay the same room rate booking direct, but you wouldn't get any of that.
If you refer someone to me and they book a trip, your planning fee is waived on your next booking. Good travel advice is worth sharing, and I'd rather reward you for it than spend that money on advertising.
Once you've booked $40,000 in travel with me, your planning fee drops to a flat $250 per trip, regardless of scope. That covers the time I spend making sure everything is handled. By then, I know how you like to travel, and you know what you're getting.
If you're looking for someone to forward confirmation emails, I'm probably not the right fit. If you want someone who knows the difference between a good hotel and a well-marketed one, let's talk.
Let's talk about where you want to go and what you're looking for. No pressure, no commitment. Just a conversation about what's possible.
